New Forum Website

I made a new website for the forums. You can access it from the menu bar or here. However, as of now, the database manager for the web server is down, meaning that the old forum database cannot be restored. I plan on continuing the forum normally without the old data, as most of the posts during that time were just me and my friends goofing off.
